What are your delivery rates?
Klang Valley - It is a flat rate of RM10 for all deliveries within Klang Valley, including Putrajaya
Peninsular Malaysia - It is a flat rate of RM15 for all deliveries within the peninsular, and outside of KL and Selangor
East Malaysia - Delivery charges are calculated by weight starting from RM20 per order.
How long will it take for the item to arrive from the point of purchase?
Please allow between 3 to 5 working days for deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia. For East Malaysia, please allow between 3 to 10 workings days.
Which form of payment does Ischia Malaysia's online store accept?
K2PALM Sdn Bhd accepts all VISA and MASTERCARD Credit and Debit cards, and also bank deposits.

Can I cancel my order?
ISCHIA Malaysia aims to provide the fastest possible service by processing orders within one business day from the point of receipt. We will do our best to accommodate order cancellation. However, we are not able to fulfil any order adjustments after an order has been processed for delivery.
Can I exchange my purchase for a different product?
Sorry, this is not possible.
What is your return policy?
Returns are not possible for products where the seal is broken. An exception applies if your products were delivered to you in a damaged condition, please send us photos of the damage and the box packaging, and arrange to return the products to our HQ. We will handle every return on a case-by-case basis and we will replace the damaged item/s.

What is your refund policy?
Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and are not possible for products where the seal is broken. Upon successful return/cancellation of order, your refund will be processed with the delivery charges from your total amount paid deducted from the refund amount.
Can I request for a gift box even though I did not purchase a box set?
The gift box is exclusively available with the box sets, and sometimes during special promotions or at our on-ground events. If you would like to request for a gift box, there is an additional charge of RM18 and is only available for pickup from our HQ. Please get in touch with us for any special arrangements and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Are there certain skin types that ISCHIA's range of products will not be suitable for?
Our products are suitable for all skin types however, we do not recommend usage with skin cancer patients or those with medical skin conditions.
Do the Magic Gel Masks require refrigeration?
That won't be necessary but please ensure to keep the gel masks in a cool and dry place, with no direct sunlight.
Can I find Ischia products in malls or shops in Malaysia?
Yes, we are in all Caring Pharmacies across Peninsular Malaysia.
